πŸ”„ Image Generation

Use the same custom model and begin with a base prompt. Adjust one variable at a timeβ€”such as background, outfit, or lightingβ€”for more predictable results.
Flair uses generative AI, which introduces some variation by design. To maintain consistency, reuse the same prompt, model, and base image setup.

πŸ” Account & Access

Not currently. Each user must log in with their own email, but collaboration tools are available on Scale and Pro+ plans for shared access to models and assets.
Please contact [email protected] and include your current registered email and the new email you'd like to switch to.

πŸ’‘ Prompt Writing Tips

Include material, style, background, and lighting (e.g., "glossy red lipstick on a mirrored surface with soft spotlight").
For fashion prompts, always specify footwear, accessories, and clothing layers.
Replace terms like "beautiful dress" with "floor-length satin blue dress with a slit and silver heels."

πŸ‘• Custom Model Tips

You can't directly retrain a model, but you can clone it and start a new training with updated or additional images.
Yes. Navigate to Custom Models, click the 3-dot menu next to the model you want to rename, and select Rename.

There are two ways:

  1. Open the project and click the edit icon next to the name at the top center.
  2. Go to Custom Models > "Your models" > click the 3-dot menu to rename or delete.

❓ Troubleshooting

We can try! Please email [email protected] with your account email and the training ID or link (often sent after training completes).
Check your spam/junk folder and ensure you're using the correct email address.
Flair doesn't use passwords. You must log in using your email and the verification code sent.
Use "Regenerate Product" or adjust your prompt for more specificity.
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, check that your training finished successfully. If it's still not visible, reach out to [email protected].
This can happen if your prompt is too vague or your uploaded references aren't consistent. Try making your prompt more specific and use high-resolution, front-facing images for model training.
Make sure your prompt includes full outfit details (like footwear and accessories) and describe the desired pose. Example: "Model wearing a tan trench coat, black boots, sitting on a bench."
Check the All Assets tab or filter by the correct date or category. Sometimes results don't appear right awayβ€”refreshing the browser can help.
Standard model training may take up to 3 hours. For instant testing, try the Instant training option. If image generation delays persist, check your internet connection or refresh the page.
Try refreshing your browser again. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
